DESIGN APPROACH

Technology is only as good as the thinking behind it.

Most AV installations are resolved too late — after the architecture is fixed, after the interiors are approved, after the structural decisions have been made. LOGIC Workspaces operates differently. Every system is specified as part of the design process. Not after it.

WHY IT MATTERS

AV is usually the last thought. It shows.

The conventional sequence is: architect designs the space, interior designer resolves the finishes, AV integrator arrives last and works with what's left. The result is visible in almost every workplace — cable runs added after walls were finished, displays positioned where the wall happened to be reinforced, mounting systems that were never part of the interior concept.

LOGIC Workspaces is built around a different sequence. The display infrastructure is considered at the same time as the architecture. The mounting system is part of the spatial planning. The cable strategy is resolved before the walls are closed. The result is an environment that reads as one considered whole — not a space with technology added to it.

HOW WE WORK

Three stages. One environment.

Every LOGIC Workspaces engagement follows the same methodology — whether the brief is a single huddle room or a full-floor collaboration environment. Three stages. No shortcuts between them.

Understanding the workspace
01

Understand.

Before any product is selected, the space and its people are studied. How the room will be used. Who will use it. What the architecture asks of the technology within it. What acoustic conditions already exist. What the sightlines demand of display placement.

This is not a sales conversation. It is a design conversation. The outcome is a brief — not a quote.

Workspace design
02

Design.

Technology and architecture are resolved together. Display positions are determined by sightlines and room geometry — not by where the wall happens to be reinforced. Cable routes are designed before walls are closed. Mounting systems are selected for the specific environment — not adapted from a generic range.

Every decision in this stage is documented. The specification is the design — not a list of products.

Logic Workspace integration
03

Integrate.

Installation follows the specification precisely. Site coordination is managed as a single responsibility — no gaps between what was designed and what is delivered. Commissioning is part of the process, not an afterthought.

The environment is handed over complete. Every cable in place. Every system tested. Every surface finished. The space arrives — not the components.

IN PRACTICE

What a considered approach actually delivers.

The methodology is not theoretical. It produces specific, measurable outcomes — in the quality of the installation, in the reduction of site coordination, and in the longevity of the environment.

No structural surprises.

When display infrastructure is resolved at design stage, structural requirements are identified before walls are built — not after. Wall reinforcement, conduit routing, and power provisions are coordinated once. Not retrofitted.

Faster installation. Fewer visits.

A considered specification means installation is straightforward. Every product arrives with a clear position, a prepared surface, and a resolved cable strategy. Express systems deploy in hours. Permanent systems install in a single visit.

An interior that stays resolved.

When technology is integrated from the beginning, it does not become the weak point of the interior over time. The display changes. The mounting system does not. The room continues to read correctly for the life of the building.

One point of accountability.

Design, specification, supply, and installation managed under one responsibility. When something needs to be resolved, there is one conversation — not three suppliers pointing at each other.

READY TO BEGIN

The right conversation happens before anything is installed.

Every environment LOGIC Workspaces has delivered began with a conversation about the space — not a product catalogue. That conversation is where the work starts. And it starts here.
